What's LawDepot's return/refund policy?

LawDepot, Inc. will offer a full refund, less the actual cost of shipping, on all purchased programs provided:  

(1) You have not claimed or obtained credit for any part of the program;

(2) You submit to us a written request for a refund within 15 days of purchase; and

(3) If you purchased a CD program, DVD program or Preloaded Player, you return the product to us in its original condition and original packaging within 15 days of purchase.

Note: Our Preloaded Sansa Clip Plus Players are NON-REFUNDABLE if the part of the package containing the headphones and/or USB chord has been opened.

If you paid by credit card your credit card will be credited the amount of your purchase, less the actual cost of shipping. If you paid by check or money order you will receive a check from us for the amount of your purchase, less the actual cost of shipping.

Shipping Policy

Our standard shipping is via USPS.  We ship our Audio CD programs and Preloaded Sansa Clip Player Programs via USPS Priority Mail. Expect delivery within 1-3 days after shipping. We ship our Audio MP3 DVD programs via USPS First-Class Mail. Expect delivery within 1-3 days within California and 3-5 days outside of California.

You have the option of having any of our products shipped at your expense via FEDEX based on FEDEX real-time shipping rates. We do NOT pad FEDEX shipping rates.
