This course includes: consciousness-raising education as to what bias and sexual harassment are; an examination of what the law requires in terms of the elimination of bias in the workplace; steps to be taken to address the problem of bias in the workplace; and an examination of the problem of gender bias and sexual harassment in the practice of law.
