This course offers an overview of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act of 1986 (CFAA) and its subsequent amendments; definitions of crimes falling under the Act; and an analysis of how the terms "protected computer" and "authorization" have guided court decisions. Includes a discussion of recent relavant case law.
