NJ CLE Course Approval: All New Jersey lawyers may receive NJ CLE credit for each of our courses under New Jersey's reciprocity policy.
Per NJ BCLE Reg. 201:4 "Reciprocity": "All active lawyers will receive 1:1 credit for courses approved as satisfying the CLE requirements of any other jurisdiction." All of our courses are approved by the California, Nevada, Vermont, and West Virginia State Bars, among other mandatory CLE states.

NJ Reporting Cycle/Method:
A compliance report for one-half of the NJ mandatory CLE requirements is due from Compliance Group 2 on the Annual Registration Statement due in 2011.
Compliance Group 1: Attorneys whose birthdays are during the period January 1 through June 30 must certify their compliance on the Annual Attorney Registration Statement of each even numbered year next following the completion of a compliance period.
Compliance Group 2: Attorneys whose birthdays are during the period from July 1 through December 31 must certify their compliance on the Annual Attorney Registration Statement of each odd numbered year next following the completion of a compliance period.
