This course focuses on improving your effectiveness in the handling on the expert witness.  Offering both tips and strategies, this course describes a practical, hands-on approach with a view toward improving your preparation of both your own experts and your examination of the experts offered by your opponents.  Includes a discussion of recent relevant case law with respect to the use of expert testimony in summary judgment motions.
