Everything you need to know about privacy (or the lack thereof) in the workplace, from background checks and drug-testing to employer/employee telephone and computer/e-mail monitoring and surveillance.  Includes a review of relevant legislation, state and federal constitutional issues, Acts, regulations and case law regarding workplace privacy.

All individual courses are offered for self-study credit only.
