This course offers tips on improving attorney/client relations and selection by becoming better client "choosers" and by applying some basic customer service principles.  Topics include: recognizing potential problems in client selection; maintaining the client's comfort zone; and common conflict of interest scenarios to avoid.

This course satisfies one credit of your CLE Ethics requirement.
